baji's Terms and Conditions
Please read these rules carefully before using the baji platform. All policies on account registration, betting, payments, bonuses and responsible conduct are described in detail here.

Important Notice: These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with the baji platform. By using the service, you fully agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any term, please refrain from using the service.
Definitions and Introduction
In these Terms, "Platform" refers to baji's website, mobile application and all related digital services. "User" or "you" refers to any person who has registered on the baji platform or is using the service.
"Service" refers to sports betting, casino games, live casino, slots and other entertainment activities provided through baji. "Account" refers to a specific user's profile registered on the platform, through which they access all services.
"Balance" refers to the total amount of money held in an account, available for use in betting or playing games. "Bonus" refers to additional funds provided by baji, which may be withdrawn subject to meeting certain conditions.
"Wagering Requirement" refers to the condition of placing bets a specified number of times before bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.
Eligibility and Age Requirement
The minimum age to participate on the baji platform is 21 years. Any person below this age is strictly prohibited from opening an account or using the service. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until age verification is complete.
baji may at any time request official documents to verify a user's age, identity or address. Failure to provide the required documents may result in the account being suspended.
2.1 Eligibility Conditions
- You must be at least 21 years of age.
- You must operate only one account in your own name.
- All information provided at the time of account registration must be accurate and truthful.
- By using the service, you confirm that you are capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under these Terms.
Account Registration
When registering on the baji platform, you must provide your correct name, mobile number and other required information. Registering with false information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of deposited funds.
Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified, all accounts will be suspended and any earned bonuses will be cancelled. If multiple members of the same household wish to use the service from the same device, baji's support team must be informed in advance.
3.1 Verification Process (KYC)
After registration and before making a withdrawal, baji will verify your identity. A copy of your national ID card or passport may be requested for this purpose. baji reserves the right to hold withdrawal requests until the KYC process is complete.
Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account username and password completely confidential. Do not share this information with any third party. You are responsible for all activities carried out through your account.
If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account, contact baji's 24/7 live chat or email support immediately. baji will never ask for your password via email or message under any circumstances.
4.1 Password Protection
- Use a strong password — a combination of uppercase letters, numbers and special characters.
- Do not use your baji account password on any other site.
- Change your password regularly, especially after logging in on any device.
- Avoid logging in from public or shared devices.
Deposits and Withdrawals
Mobile banking services bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay can be used for deposits and withdrawals on the baji platform. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, if identity verification is required or unusual activity is detected, it may take longer.
5.1 Payment Rules
- Deposits and withdrawals must be made only from a mobile banking number registered in your name.
- Using a third party's number for transactions is strictly prohibited.
- If any suspicious payment activity is detected, baji may suspend transactions until the account is verified.
- Once a withdrawal request is submitted, it may not be possible to cancel it — confirm the amount before submitting the request.
Bonuses and Promotions
For new users on baji, a 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳5,000 is provided. To withdraw the bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit gives a ৳1,200 bonus and the balance becomes ৳2,200; to make the bonus withdrawable, ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000 must be wagered.
Never treat a bonus as unconditional cash. Bonuses always come with wagering requirements, and if these are not met within the specified time limit, the bonus may be cancelled.
6.1 Weekly and Special Bonuses
- baji Weekly Deposit Festival: 50% bonus on one deposit per week, up to ৳5,000. Wagering 15x. Minimum deposit ৳100.
- baji Slot Joy Bonus: 30% bonus on deposits for slot games, up to ৳3,000. Wagering 20x. Available once per day.
- baji Cricket Excitement Reward: 40% bonus on cricket betting at weekends, up to ৳4,000. Wagering 18x.
Promotional bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless specifically permitted. baji reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
Betting Rules
Cricket, football and other popular sports can be bet on in baji's sports betting section. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless a technical error occurs. A bet will be settled only after the result of the event is determined.
If a match or event is cancelled, postponed or left incomplete before the scheduled time, baji will settle that bet at its own discretion. In such cases, the original stake is generally returned.
7.1 Odds and Multi Bets
In a multi bet, all selections must win — if any one loses, the entire bet is lost. Odds in a multi bet are multiplied one after another. For example, placing three selections at odds of 1.40, 1.50 and 1.90 gives total odds of approximately 3.99, so a ৳100 bet returns a maximum of ৳399.
7.2 Suspicious Betting Behaviour
If any irregularity in betting patterns, coordinated fraudulent activity or signs of odds manipulation are found, baji reserves the right to cancel all bets on that account and suspend its balance.
Casino Games
Slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette and many more games are available in baji's casino section. Each game has its own rules and RTP, which can be viewed in the game description before starting the game.
The outcome of each game is determined by an independent Random Number Generator (RNG). The result of a previous round does not affect the result of the next round.
8.1 Technical Issues
If a technical error or disconnection occurs during a game, baji will settle that specific round based on data stored on the server. If a valid winning amount is not received due to a technical reason, contact support immediately.
Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on baji and may result in permanent account closure:
- Opening or operating multiple accounts.
- Registering solely for the purpose of withdrawing bonuses ("bonus abuse").
- Using a false identity or someone else's identity.
- Using automated betting software or bots.
- Attempting to hack into the platform's systems.
- Coordinated fraudulent betting with other users.
- Money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.
If any of the above activities are detected, baji reserves the right to forfeit all assets including the balance of the relevant account, and legal action may also be taken if necessary.
Account Suspension and Closure
A user may close their account at any time by contacting baji's support team. It is recommended to withdraw any remaining balance before closing the account.
baji may suspend or permanently close an account for the following reasons:
- If evidence of a breach of the Terms is found.
- If identity verification fails.
- Extended inactivity (12 months or more).
- Self-exclusion at the user's request.

Limitation of Liability
The baji platform is provided on an "as is" basis. No guarantee can be given as to uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose or freedom from errors.
baji is not liable for any loss or delay caused by events outside its control (natural disasters, cyberattacks, third-party service disruptions).
The user bears full responsibility for any financial loss incurred through betting or gaming activities. baji is an entertainment platform — please think carefully and responsibly before making financial decisions to participate here.
Privacy and Data Protection
How your personal information is collected, stored and used is described in detail in baji's Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is considered an integral part of these Terms.
baji does not sell your personal information to third parties. However, certain information may be shared with trusted partners as needed to operate the service (payment processing, identity verification, technical support).
To request to view or correct information stored in your account, contact baji's support team.
Dispute Resolution
If you have a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, a payment or your account, please first contact baji's 24/7 live chat or email support. The support team provides service in both Bengali and English.
After a complaint is raised, baji will investigate within a reasonable time and communicate a resolution. If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you will be informed about the next steps.
13.1 Complaint Time Limit
A dispute regarding the result of a specific bet or game must be raised within 30 days of that event. Complaints made after the specified period may not be accepted.

Changes to Terms & Conditions
baji reserves the right to change, amend, or add new clauses to these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
For significant changes, baji will notify users via email or in-platform notifications. It is therefore important to keep your registered email address active.
